We use HubSpot at GrowSurf, it makes it easy to share contacts cross-company without stepping on each others' toes. As far as getting your data out, not sure what issues others are having but we haven't had problems. Source: almost 3 years ago

I've never been able to use their product because they require a Google or Apple account. https://raindrop.io/ apparently also has full-text search for page contents as a paid feature.
