Usually I recommend linux mint for beginners but hyprland may be a little bit hard to install there. So maybe in your case the best option is an arch based system with a graphical installer. A lot of people here recommend endeavourOS. Download the iso, install it to a VM and take your first steps. Taking my advice means you might want to remove Arch, for now. Get Mint or Pop, spend some time with them to learn more about Linux, how Linux works, the various software and tools, how to configure and customize it.
