For programming ,apart from tutorials the thing that helps best is practice , If you want to practice then I recommend hackerrank.com to test your understanding of programming concepts. It is keyboard driven and has quite a hard learning curve (learn vim). Because it's been designed decades ago, some things makes less sense today.
