For programming ,apart from tutorials the thing that helps best is practice , If you want to practice then I recommend hackerrank.com to test your understanding of programming concepts.   Disable any privacy/ad blocker extensions you might have. They use an external tool to provide credits called `yotpo` it also means they load the code from a different domain yotpo.com.
