For bounties, I come across them on Twitter and TGE, but I filter through those and pick the good ones, like FLUID bounty where you learn about the project, complete easy tasks, and participate in competitions to earn. Perhaps with some personal study time and building a couple projects on your own time (that leverage libraries like node.js, ethers.js, web3.js etc) you could apply to a role like this one, or this one....
