This is more of a question than an answer, but has anyone used an online audio transcription site to create an English transcription directly from a Spanish language audio podcast MP3 file? I was just looking into this this morning, and seems like there are some services out there that will do this, either for free for small files (10 min) or at what seems like a reasonable price. In an effort to restore them as much as I could, I used a combination of waifu2x ("Single-Image Super-Resolution for Anime-Style Art using Deep Convolutional Neural Networks"), Clip Studio Paint resize/cleanup tools, and manual cleanup done by hand.
