I use getharvest.com to track hourly and convert them to invoice. The only thing I don't like is that I have to add the task in the web dashboard rather than entering directly in the desktop app. There is 'note' field, but it won't show up in the invoice detail, so it is useless for me. For web3-related Jobs, it's this for me. For bounties, I come across them on Twitter and TGE, but I filter through those and pick the good ones, like FLUID bounty where you learn about the project, complete easy tasks, and participate in competitions to earn. It really depends entirely on the role. You should check out sites like https://cryptocurrencyjobs.co and https://cryptojobslist.com and search for stuff like typescript to find out what folks are expecting. Perhaps with some personal study time and building a couple projects on your own time (that leverage libraries like node.js, ethers.js, web3.js etc) you could apply to a role like this one, or this one....
