I use getharvest.com to track hourly and convert them to invoice. The only thing I don't like is that I have to add the task in the web dashboard rather than entering directly in the desktop app. There is 'note' field, but it won't show up in the invoice detail, so it is useless for me. Hello! For my it was a lot of trial and error playing around with numbers. I used https://tdeecalculator.org to find out what my body burns if I were just it go about my day. Eating anything lower than that would be a calorie deficit. I see a lot of people do 200-500 less. You just gotta find a range that works for you. Source: over 1 year ago
