  I use getharvest.com to track hourly and convert them to invoice. The only thing I don't like is that I have to add the task in the web dashboard rather than entering directly in the desktop app. There is 'note' field, but it won't show up in the invoice detail, so it is useless for me. • Do you use a QR code for your weekly bulletin/ program?

  You need to find one that embeds your URL into your QR Code, then they have no capability to modify or change it on the back-end. I use this somewhat less sketchy German website: the-qrcode-generator.com for my wife's marketing material because it uses my URL in my QR Code without being a middle man resolver.
