It's nothing crazy but it pulls the title and description from the podcast feed and grabs my channel art.   Maybe not what you're looking for but there are a couple companies that will automatically post your full episode to youtube when it's published. headliner.app is one and they let you create/choose a template that will be auto updated with episode name too. Source: about 2 years ago
