You can still get it done without insurance, it's just really expensive. It will be thousands of dollars cheaper to get insurance for a year or so and have the surgery covered than to try and pay for it out of pocket, so it's worth maybe getting insurance. Info.com used to have a great nutrition calculator. One of the things I checked when I switched to veganism was if I was getting enough nutrients without animal products. I was amazed that whole food veganism was perfect at getting me a perfectly balanced nutrition profile with way more than enough protein. Like everything over three days average was at least %120. Yup I got one of these this morning -Ledger Security Update. It does look pretty authentic but the source of the email gives it away. When I see its from some scammer whose email is like info.com.
