I have an in-person campaign, but I actually use Talespire for the maps and visuals, by having a tv in the room with us with a computer hooked up. I use the site Tales Tavern to get a majority of my maps, and then spend anywhere from 10 mins to 2 hours editing it to my liking. I'd suggest if you're going to use a tool to collaborate on finalized designs. One that doesn't rely on which design tool you use, why not use zeplin.io?
