Hive is the powerful project management tool built to help teams move faster. Used by teams at Starbucks, Comcast and Toyota, Hive gives teams the ability to manage projects, communicate effectively, and analyze team productivity stats.
The basis of Hive is action cards, which can be organized into projects and collaborated on by several team members. Cards are assigned due dates and subtasks, and can be viewed flexibly in Gantt, Kanban, calendar or table view. Hive also has native chat and a first-of-its-kind email integration, which enables the tool to act as an all-in-one hub for businesses of all sizes, empowering efficiency and innovation.
Team Today is a web app and MS Teams app that lets people set and see when and where their colleagues are working from - if it's at home, in the office (and whereabouts in the office), on leave, offsite, or if it's their non-working day. This makes it easier for people to plan when to be in the office and to see when their friends and colleagues are working.
In addition to this key feature Team Today also offers optional features that let companies: - Handle office or desk bookings - Show office floors plans with hot spots - Manage annual leave (with or without an approval process) - Add key responsibilities to users (fire wardens, first aiders, etc) - Add custom whereabouts to personalize the app to your company
It’s these features and our approach to prioritizing the experience of a typical user and it's that which has made Team Today as popular as it is in the companies that use it.

I use Hive hive.com , which is also a project management tool. I sync it with my google calendar for work-related things and with my calendar app on iPhone for home/family-related things. Guess I could use just one calendar and use tags, but this system works best for me. What I like about Hive is that I can create a time block right from my task dashboard, the app also let me start notes from a meeting straight... Source: 12 months ago

I built https://team-today.com with a friend about 4 years ago and have been working on it full-time for the past 6 months. I tried to get funding but never really got there and we've just managed to grind it out to a point where we have enough revenue to pay ourselves. The flexible lifestyle is great, I play golf on Wednesdays and help out with childcare much more than I would have been able to with my previous... - Source: Hacker News / 5 months ago
Yes! I made a whereabouts planner (team-today.com) for this exact issue. Source: 12 months ago
I built https://team-today.com in a lock down as a way for my remote team to see when people are on holiday, going to site, or wfh. Since then it’s grown to include other features like desk booking and PTO approvals. But at it’s all been built around the core concept of seeing when your colleagues are working and where they’re planning on working from. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
