  - I use a website called Hours with friends so we can hold each other accountable. The time lapse trick is one too - I took this video specifically because I was struggling to focus - because I don't want my time lapses to be of me wandering off onto Reddit when I should be studying. Then, use those points while describing your state to a professional. In the meantime, I can suggest you some helpful platforms like deepstash. However, I recommend you get some professional help.
