• Kamvas Pro 13 GT-133: Malfunction, reasons unknown

  How to do this is you need to be logged into your Huion account through huion.com, then click on "my profile" in the dropdown. Then go to "my product" and register your warranty if you haven't already. After that, you SHOULD be able to submit a ticket from that page for your individual product. I'm only uncertain because it's not showing me an option, but my warranty has expired so that's probably why. Source: over 1 year ago

• Buying a Huion?

  Also curious that they have 3(?) websites (I'm in germany), one is apparently the official partner of huion in germany (huionshop.de), the other two are huion.com and huioneurope.com which is all a bit confusing, if anyone has clarification that would be much appreciated! Source: over 1 year ago

  Hi. Been looking at a huion tablet via the official store (i'm EU based so their current sale(on what I want)+free shipping combo is ideal for me, I have read complaints about the customer service so I know). But recently I noticed there were a few links. So just want to make sure if https://store.huion.com/eu/ is a legitimate link, I got there via huion.com which has been linked before, so I believe it should be... Source: over 1 year ago

  .. Is to see you email address being silently distributed to every single company that I've watched a talk from. And now suddenly get several promotional spam emails per day from some 4-5 different domains like instana.com, datadoghq.com, snyk.io, cockroachlabs.com (some of them send even multiple emails per day!).
