Then go to "my product" and register your warranty if you haven't already. After that, you SHOULD be able to submit a ticket from that page for your individual product. Been looking at a huion tablet via the official store (i'm EU based so their current sale(on what I want)+free shipping combo is ideal for me, I have read complaints about the customer service so I know). But recently I noticed there were a few links.
