UserVoice might be a bit more popular than Huion Sketch. We know about 8 links to it since March 2021 and only 6 links to Huion Sketch. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
How to do this is you need to be logged into your Huion account through huion.com, then click on "my profile" in the dropdown. Then go to "my product" and register your warranty if you haven't already. After that, you SHOULD be able to submit a ticket from that page for your individual product. Been looking at a huion tablet via the official store (i'm EU based so their current sale(on what I want)+free shipping combo is ideal for me, I have read complaints about the customer service so I know). But recently I noticed there were a few links. I have sent them some user stories, complete with storyboard images. I am not a beta participant though. I suggested that it would be helpful if they rolled out something like UserVoice's Feedback Manager, so there is transparency to what's in the request queue and where we users can formally vote on the value of a given feature suggestion. I think that RM should consider a solution such as UserVoice which will let the user community vote on what critical bug fixes or new features we feel are most important.
