  I’ve been using Huntr for years now to do just this. It’s changed a few times since I’ve started it so it’s now a paid for product but I think it’s worth it imo, especially with the extension to scrape the job descriptions. You can keep notes in it as well so if you write a cover letter or custom note somewhere you can save it for reference in case anyone ever brings it up. Source: 12 months ago

Also, do a search on your job position and make sure you are maximizing key words so the ATS picks up your resume. You can also post your resume to hired.com and let companies interview you.
