• A good app for those who are struggling like me

  I’ve had BED for a long time, and it’s really been like torture to overcome it. I saw on this sub that someone used the app I Am Sober to track their progress, and that it made a huge difference. Honestly, I was skeptical about how an app would make me feel, but this one takes the cake. • Temps double while gaming (~90c)
