• A good app for those who are struggling like me

  I’ve had BED for a long time, and it’s really been like torture to overcome it. I saw on this sub that someone used the app I Am Sober to track their progress, and that it made a huge difference. Honestly, I was skeptical about how an app would make me feel, but this one takes the cake.   I echo other commenters that DBT is fantastic but best with a trained professional leading a group of people learning the skills.   Not any social medias, not a single review on trustpilot, not a single piece of verifiable information that their thing is legit, nothing. And also the weird thing that I saw is when you go take their survey so they can take your commission, they sent you to a weird ”typeform.com” link which apparently is a website that allowed them to have a web based platform they can use to create surveys without needing to...
