Originally, I thought Iconik might be the thing for us coupled with an on-prem device like a Jellyfish, but the media team doesn't think the proxy hours and data will be enough with what they're doing. The media team seems to be strongly leading towards the Jellyfish NAS which I'm not opposed to, but I'm concerned with U/D speed for the remote workers. I use getharvest.com to track hourly and convert them to invoice. The only thing I don't like is that I have to add the task in the web dashboard rather than entering directly in the desktop app. There is 'note' field, but it won't show up in the invoice detail, so it is useless for me.
