We built a fascinating platform, https://iko.ai, that allows you to train, track, package, deploy, and monitor machine learning models with real-time collaborative notebooks on your own Kubernetes clusters. Source: almost 2 years ago
Hi, Edwin. I'm in the process of integrating Stripe to https://iko.ai. I recently discovered Portal (https://stripe.com/docs/billing/subscriptions/integrating-customer-portal) and I thank you for that. Less code for me. I'm a bit ashamed to say, but I'm having trouble with checking if the customer has a valid subscription. I'm currently only storing the customer_id in the database and retrieving the information... - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
That was one the reasons we do "bring your own compute" with https://iko.ai so people who already have a billing account on AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, can just get the config for their Kubernetes clusters and link them to iko.ai and their machine learning workloads will run on whichever cluster they select. Upload what is on that stick to a cloud based system that is not vulnerable to degradation of hardware, you can get a lot of storage for free on sites like dropbox.com, mega.nz, or icloud. You can also always make multiple backups. Source: 12 months ago
Did you try logging into dropbox.com and checking there? Often the files remain online even if they are removed locallY. You have to log in with the same account you deleted Locally. Source: about 1 year ago
Dropbox: You absolutely NEED backups. Ideally, both physical and cloud backups, because if you only have one backup, you're not backed up. I can't even begin to tell you how many writers have lost days, weeks, or even entire novels worth of work because they failed to back up their work, then had their computer break or had some weird software snafu. Dropbox is my preferred cloud backup solution, because you can... Source: about 1 year ago
