I believe iCloud is for backing up and syncing iDevices. He (your friend/family?) can configure what is, or is not, backed up to iCloud. He could, for example, remove photos from being backed up if he would prefer to reduce the amount of space needed. Also, the colors are a bit bright and (in my personal opinion, don't know your character) don't match well. There are plenty of sites that can give pretty decent palettes if you don't have anything specific in mind, and can filter for specific colors if you're in, say, a green mood.
