I'm trying to create a US based LLC from abroad but I am a US citizen. I've been able to find many resources for international people being able to open LLCs in the US and what tax implications apply to them but not much on what it means when you ARE a citizen and are abroad as well. You also can use sites like https://cardoshi.cc or https://pst.net to create virtual credit cards which you can load with crypto and do legal payments with it. Not sure about PST.NET but cardoshi can be directly loaded with XMR, with is a bonus. I'd still advice you not to use such a cards on your legal name. Source: about 1 year ago
