   Awesome.

   I recently tried out Insightly's servise and I absolutely appreciate it! It's extremely intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for me to keep track of all my customer relationships as well as manage projects. Plus, the pricing is very affordable compared to some of the other similiar to this project management systems out there - a total win! I highly recommend Insightly.

• Hello so I’ve been reading atomic habits I’ve read the first 100 pages and I understood the concepts but can’t apply like I can’t identify the habits I already do in my day so I could change them plus I wanna start applying for studying and reading can someone help ?

  For most people, it can be helpful to track your habits if you want to stick with them. James Clear has a good article about tracking: https://jamesclear.com/habit-tracker and also has some resources like a journal you can buy to track them in.   Hey! I don´t know it you have heard of "habit trackers", but it is basically just a list of the things you want to do, leaving a space to check things off once you have done them. It has changed my life! I have a checklist of things I do every morning (ex: make bed, read 30 minutes, take vitamins) and every evening (ex: meditate, prep stuff for tomorrow, skincare routine).
