There are services out there that do it like VisualPing and Sken.io, but most are paid if you want down-to-the-minute accuracy. I ended up spinning up a server using ChangeDetection and it alerts me via email and discord, which didn't cost me anything. Source: over 1 year ago
I just set this up on https://sken.io. I put in Https://starlinkversions.com and highlighted the releases section and got an alert yesterday that a new version went out. I thought this would be helpful since falling behind on versions can be problematic. There are probably other services that do this. So far sken works great and didn't cost any money.
