Some IPA files do contain malware unfortunately. Some ipa file websites I suggest are iOSGods (for hacked games) or ARMConverter’s decrypted App Store (for fresh decrypted IPA files to inject something such as IGameGod/H5GG in). Source: over 1 year ago

To be more effective you can schedule your content with tools like ThreadStart, FeedHive, HypeFury. I started using HypeFury but it was expensive I switched to ThreadStart and I am still using it.
