Punch you IP into https://iplocation.io and you will see where some of these databases have your location set. Some databases you can request updates. Some you will just have to be patient until they are updated. Source: over 1 year ago

If you goto https://iplocation.io/ you will get the results from multiple geo databases. My IP ends up in three states. Depending on the app, you'll get different GEO polices/content. Yeah, well I signed upto usenetserver.com and threw a few bucks at shemes.com to search, seems there is a heap of .exe's to downolad and the one game I managed to download had no audio.. Seems like a minefield! :D - will keep searching, however can only find random games, not a pack. Looks like an interesting place tho! Source: over 2 years ago
