While investigating I discovered that the popular site https://www.whatismyip.com was regularly disseminating incorrect ASN data for starlink ip's. Every other site I can across had the correct data published, which led me to question just where the former site was obtaining their data. Landlord here. (Small time, my house is a duplex so I only rent 1 unit). I've rented it to people moving to the area before, though. I do the video tour, and use cozy.co (now owned by apartments.com) to run the background check, upload a lease for tenants to sign digitally, and set up digital payments. Odd question but I used cozy.co for years to do my background checks and I like the service because the tenant paid for everything, I just sent a link to their email so there was 0 liability on my part. Cozy has been sold to apartments.com and has stopped providing this service.
