Sort of, https://jetbrains.com has IDEs for almost all languages, it’s all based on the same core IDE engine, but tweaked for the language at hand. You generally don’t feel lost switching between projects as they have the same general tools/layout and keybindings etc. With an all products license you can use any IDE variant with the same subscription.
