A couple of things that I have found helpful are doing jigsaws on jigsawexplorer.com and resonant breathing (not at the same time). There are resonant breathing apps that help you keep pace with longer exhales and shorter inhales. For me trying to match my breathing is a good distraction without the stress of TV. While researching a comparison between Xfinity Mobile and Verizon I encountered an article on tomsguide.com that said that I can not even access 5G on Verizon at the current plan level... AND... That I am already being deprioritized during busy times. The same article mentioned that Xfinity automatically allows 5G as long as you have the compatible phone....
