The key difference here being that this is two way hashing so passwords can be decrypted. In reality, there are a lot of attack vectors like MITM, event logging or sometimes straight up storing data in plaintext. Personally I have not used meetme.com before, but I do use when2meet.com quite often. It lets you select the days you want to look at (maybe giving them a 2 week range) and you each fill out what times on those days you are available.
