Well, there's the Keymouse which is a split keyboard with a mouse sensor under each half. That had quite a long development period - IIRC it was going to have smaller keys with Cherry ML low-profile switches so it wasn't too huge, and lots of people in here complained and asked for MX regardless of size. Docusign has a .com address, def not a .click address. This is 100% fishing. A very easy way to tell is to hover over any url and see what the address is. You can also try to do a reply, or if your savvy enough look into the routing info of the email. Did it com from the companies domain? I.e. docusign.com, fedex.com, ups.com anything like that.
