Keysmith allows you to automate routine tasks by recording your clicks. Then you can assign a hotkey, or call up with a launcher (like Alfred) from an URL. It is simple--it works.
Using this specifically for school. It has all the features of microsoft to-do and google tasks. After using Notion, I became accustomed to viewing tasks in a certain date range and being able to tag assignments, which neither of the aforementioned apps could do the same way. First, go to the list on the ticktick.com website. That'll give you a url like this: "https://ticktick.com/webapp/#p/123456789123456789/tasks. (The string of numbers will change depending on the particular list). The URL to jump to this list in the TickTick app is then "ticktick:///webapp/#p/123456789123456789/tasks". This works on my Mac running Sonoma. Source: 7 months ago
