There are many programs you can enroll her in BUT if she wants to work at her own pace you can look online for what your state/municipality expects a child to know in each year. However, the math instruction that worked for me (I suddenly had to teach upper level math to expelled students in a self-contained class - and didn't know anything past Alg 1) was khanacademy.org, a free online program. I write a LOT of documentation in Markdown for $DAYJOB. I normally use Marked2 (not free, but I paid for my license 7-8 years ago) or MacDown (free) to preview them, and to export them to PDF. Both of these programs are specific to macOS, but a web search for "markdown editor" turns up a few dozen others, for other platforms.
