If you are not limited by budget, go with something like Kinsta (https://kinsta.com/). Else, check out Hustly (https://hustly.website/). Both have servers in the US and have Nginx servers. For development purposes I use Laragon which usually spares you the hassle of manually setting up SQL and Apache.
