Besides the usual Firefox/Chrome, Spotify, etc I use the following: - Karabiner-Elements for key remapping, specifically, for making caps lock into ctrl/esc. I got this one dude. For Zoom, it's all about building a "platform" where other smaller companies can build businesses on top of. The biggest opportunity is their new Zoom Apps initiative that allows other companies to allow those apps to work inside Zoom. Other examples include the SDK and marketplace (plugins mostly).
