Like I said, I think of keyword.com type domains as being very early 2000's - 2010. I started doing this in 2004 and back then there were quite a few big internet marketers that were attempting to build big website properties on domains like income.com. In all other cases I know, there are a bunch of shortcuts to make a window upper-top or something.
