In terms of professional development, ive benefitted a lot from being able to read and occasionally aks questions on r/cscareerquestions and r/FinancialCareers , but I haven't made long lasting connections on reddit. If you care about really having good and intuitive scheduling, reporting, mobile app, time tracking, etc modules- I would check out workforce.com. They are an all in one system with a set price- doesn't cost extra for more modules which is amazing and are integrated with pretty much every payroll company like adp, paycom, bamboo, ulti, etc. Source: over 2 years ago
