Your example is actually the only time I've ever seen this side-by-side-style login page with the form on the right. Mailchimp, Quickbooks, and Alliant CU, for example, use the same layout as OP. Blender is amazing for rigging, but for everything else you described I'd say you should consider svgator.com. Not that popular from what I've seen on here, and the free plan is limited, but as far as ease of using goes it's hard to beat. It's browser-based, so there's nothing to install/download.
