There are some online services like ponoko, lasertaile, lasergist, laserboost, 3dhubs, but you better look for a local company in your vicinity. Really, a lot of different businesses do laser cutting from small marketing companies to huge car manufacturers. Even I've found some in my shitty town in the middle of nowhere. Very much agree, most projects I work on these days have components in multiple repositories and trying to coordinate work among them is challenging. We use Github Issues as a source of truth but have resorted to using third-party software on top of them to help get a bigger-picture view.
