For example search for straing GG4 - youll see the top reported effects are relaxed sleepy and hungry and 30% of users found it good for stress and anxiety. If I may suggest, do your research first. Have a look at something like leafly.com and do searches for your symptoms. I love the idea of AI summarize in Recorder and Chrome, but I don't find it the most useful in its current build simply because it only provides a 3 point summary, which only covers the general meeting topic (of course I already know this!).
