You need to go to the dashboard at thelightphone.com :) That's where you can add those additional tools. I think Maps is coming this week, so I don't believe you can add that one quite yet. For the time, I believe I set this up when I started the phone. Did you do like a factory re-set type of thing when you got it? I went to the "time" setting in settings and it looks like all you can do there is change the time... Source: almost 3 years ago
I got mine and my son's two weeks ago. From placing the order to having the phone in hand it took 6 days. Granted I got the LP202 (international version) but I can't imagine the US version would take much longer. What I've done instead is, for any recurring event that isn't really due on that date, like "book a haircut" or "fertilize roses", I add an event on a Google Calendar called "Tickler" with the desired recurrence. I then have an IFTTT (https://ifttt.com/explore) integration that creates a Todoist event in my inbox whenever that event shows up on my calendar. Slack has a feature to schedule messages, also a bunch of bots that do various scheduling tasks… Also you could use a email marketing tool like Mailchimp that could allow you scheduling Mails far a head. But any service you choose should be around somewhat longterm right? It will probably require some money and a bit of luck for the service or app of choice to stay around for a while.
