I use RW for my place, it helps me reduce some of the costs around labor as I can plug the expected demand so I don't waste money having too many people working.   3.The only way I've come across to document the amount of time spent is to use timesheets or time tracking softwares. Some examples of time tracking softwares are Toggl, Hubstaff, and Time Doctor.
