These words come from Lorem Ipsum, dummy text used by graphic designers to showcase a font or typeset, rather than distract the reader with the text itself. It looks like Latin because it comes from De Finis Bonorum Et Malorum ("on the limits of good and evil"), one of Cicero's most lengthy works of Latin literature. I bet it was lost in translation. Looks like a copypasta from https://lipsum.com/. The reference to not just PageMaker, but Aldus PageMaker is a clue to how long it's been around. The site has a number of other issues, too, but it's still better than third-party sites which exist only to drive traffic to delivery services or their POS. Source: about 1 year ago

I think that the OP should write the manual, interspersed with actual content but mostly filled with lorem ipsum that appears to be written text but would actually require it to be read rather than flipped through. It's what books/newspapers used as props have when it's not a means of communicating anything to the audience. Wasting time doing the useless manual will take away time from productive activities. If you want further compression you could check out Caesium Image Compressor which is free (and I'm not affiliated with it incidentally, I just like it). Source: over 1 year ago
Try an image compression tool, this one is free and open source: https://saerasoft.com/caesium/. Source: over 1 year ago
Caesium Image Compressor can do the job and it is easy to use. There is also imagemagick which is basically the swiss-knife for image editing, but based on you having looked for websites first, I assume you don't look for a commandline tool (imagemagick is a commandline tool). I can recommend Caesium , a utility (Windows, MAC version in Alpha test) to remove all EXIF, metadata etc which will reduce your JPG in size quite a lot without using higher JPG-compression (lower quality). Source: almost 3 years ago
