These words come from Lorem Ipsum, dummy text used by graphic designers to showcase a font or typeset, rather than distract the reader with the text itself. It looks like Latin because it comes from De Finis Bonorum Et Malorum ("on the limits of good and evil"), one of Cicero's most lengthy works of Latin literature. Some of the words may be true to the original Latin, but it is designed to say nothing as many of... Source: about 1 year ago
I bet it was lost in translation. Looks like a copypasta from https://lipsum.com/. The reference to not just PageMaker, but Aldus PageMaker is a clue to how long it's been around. The site has a number of other issues, too, but it's still better than third-party sites which exist only to drive traffic to delivery services or their POS. Source: about 1 year ago

I think that the OP should write the manual, interspersed with actual content but mostly filled with lorem ipsum that appears to be written text but would actually require it to be read rather than flipped through. From my research, I could not find any Next.js package that could help me with the conversion from BlurHash's Base83 data URL to a Base64 data URL, or any Next.js implementation that works for dynamic images. The few packages I found, like the recently published use-next-blurhash and plaiceholder.co, do not work with Next.js for dynamically stored images. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
Tip: Plaiceholder is a good tool for generating base64-encoded images. - Source: dev.to / almost 2 years ago
You might remember that we tried the Plaiceholder library last week, which wasn’t a great success. Since I want to release this project sooner rather than later, I decided to use the same image loading animation as I do on my website. - Source: dev.to / about 2 years ago
