Fast forward to today, 4th of November, no tracking information on my email still. Furthermore, on my new attempts to contact support over chat - only the bot reacts, agents are not answering. No changes here, Paypal still only shows the completed payment, order details page (logitech.com url) still shows accepted. Status link (narvar.com from logitech) stills shows processing. If the camera is ONVIF compatible, and most Hikvision are, it should work with Zoneminder and its mobile Open Source app zmninja.
