This sounds like an issue with how something is set up on your site, as opposed to a shopify/platform issue. It is almost 100% linked to your currency conversion based on what you’ve described. If you don’t have an in house development resource, I would recommend reaching out to something like StoreTasker to have a pro jump in and make a fix, or see if the theme support can help in any way.
