You can use a TDEE calculator to work out approximately how many calories your body is using per day. You need to eat in a deficit of around 15-20% of your TDEE to see decent weight loss. You can use an app like Lose It! To track your food intake and see how many calories you're eating. At 1200 kCal/day you'll certainly lose weight, but it probably won't be safe... My older-but-similarly-sized spouse gets about 1600 (to lose weight) if she sits on the couch, so being active will certainly bump that up. We use an app called lose it to track both food and exercise and it seems to do a decent enough job for me and her. So your 1200 may be fine if you're a couch potato, but it sounds like you need... I use LoseIt. I've used it since I started on phentermine back in 2007, so it has a lot of historical data for me. It has a good barcode scanner and remembers your most frequently added items so once you put in a meal, you can just click into that section when adding foods and it will have the full list of ingredients from meals there. A lot of it is just practice, but the most common tools I see used are Tailwind, React, Framer Motion, and Figma. This is a pretty diverse portfolio. Tailwind especially somehow produces a very distinct type of design imo. I'm not sure all this design is good. The list of text links is basically what https://pinboard.in is, basically - social bookmarking. I only use it privately, but it does have the exact function you're talking about as well. Delicious[1] was delicous, and Pinboard[2] is just there. Not into bookmarks that much except for less than 10 significant websites. I might look at ArchiveBox[3] or something like it to bookmark and take a snapshot. I'm using a similar service - https://pinboard.in to both managing my own bookmarks and to browse other users' public bookmarks of interest by tag or using built-in search functionality. Quite useful imo.
