I use a site called lsp.expert which is catered toward language service providers (i.e. translators), but it can totally be used for other professions. You can use it to track your ongoing/planned jobs, make/send/track invoices, bill in different currencies, and see reports on earnings/performance for whatever period you'd like. They also have pronunciation, phrases etc. I checked a few translations and pronunciations in some languages I know, they seem accurate and manual.
